Samples of my previous work

Many of the projects I’ve been involved with in the past have been confidential or covered by non-disclosure agreements, but here are some examples I’m able to share.

I was responsible for the user experience at Ordermentum from research to inform the product roadmap, to journey mapping and service design, to creation and implementation of our design system across our web product, iOS app and Android app.

Creating the Ikabo product was an amazing experience that included defining the strategic direction, performing competitor review, wireframing and UI design, running workshops, user research and personas, usability testing and IA testing.

I was involved from the very beginning in the creation of the Reckon One product. The journey followed a Scrum process and involved initial product research, concept sketches, storyboarding, wireframing and UI design as well as functional specification and some elements of visual design.

Another of my clients at Deloitte was the Telstra customer experience team. Working as a senior member of their team I oversaw the experience with many Telstra products and was involved in Customer Journey Mapping, Blueprints, Competitor reviews, Usability testing and running stakeholder workshops.

At Deloitte I had the opportunity to work with the Australian Army in designing and developing their new website. I was responsible for stakeholder workshops, competitor review, initial sketches, wireframes, UI design and functional specification of the site.

I had the opportunity work with ANZ in Melbourne to optimise the journey for their customers over all stages of their lifecycle. I worked on persona creation, understanding the holistic customer journey, and defining how might we statements for use by product teams.
